Jamie Flesher, RN, CMC
Jamie Flesher is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Geriatric Care Manager with over 29 years of experience in the health care field. Her work history has afforded her the opportunity to work directly with the elder population and individuals with disabilities. This has provided her an understanding of the enormous challenges faced by individuals during the aging process especially those experiencing age-related illnesses.
Jamie has been the CEO of Legacy Home Care, LLC since 2006 and has achieved the Care Manager Certified (CMC) designation through the National Association of Certified Care Managers. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, a member of the Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association, a member and State Coordinator for Elder Care Matters Alliance, and serves as a Co-Chair for the East Valley Committee on Aging. She is committed in helping seniors and the chronically disabled remain independent in their homes for as long as possible by providing quality non-medical home care services and geriatric care management. She is a strong patient advocate for her clients to ensure that they are receiving the best care possible during hospitalizations and assist with the transition back to home or assisted living arrangement. Her focus is always patient centered as she conducts assessments and develops a care plan to identify problems and provide solutions.
We pride ourselves on hiring people for their compassion, patience and flexibility. But we know this is not all that it takes to provide you with the best care possible. They also need excellent training and expertise in the field of caregiving.
Our staff is our most important asset. We’ve chosen to invest in a training program that will provide you with the highest possible level of care available.
When you’re choosing a care provider for a loved one, one thing makes all the difference: a caring & well trained staff. Our caregivers have advanced training far beyond the basic orientation offered by other providers. Our unique training extends to the heart as well as the mind.
